Expert Coordination.
White-Glove Support.

CAN Navigators handles the complexity of your cancer journey — so you can focus on healing. We coordinate and facilitate. All clinical decisions remain with your physicians and care team.

Dedicated Care Coordination

One coordinator. Every appointment, every provider, every moving part — managed for you from first contact through survivorship.

Treatment Center Matching

We use your insurance and preferences to identify treatment centers that are the right fit — helping you access the best care while minimizing out-of-pocket costs.

Second Opinion Facilitation

When you're considering a second opinion, we manage the logistics — scheduling, records coordination, and specialist access — so the process is seamless.

Clinical Partner Connection

Depending on your path, we connect you with the right independent clinical resource — a Concierge Breast Cancer Advisor on the Breast Specialty Path, or a Physician Partner on the Comprehensive Cancer Path — working alongside your oncology team.

Transportation & Logistics

We coordinate transportation to and from treatment and lodging near treatment centers — so distance is never a barrier to the best care.

Emotional Support & Resources

We connect patients and families with licensed counselors, support groups, and community resources — and proactively follow up to make sure no one falls through the cracks.

"A well-prepared patient gets more out of every appointment. When records are gathered, questions are written down, and the next step is already scheduled; we spend our time together on what matters most — their treatment and their questions. Common Questions

CAN Navigators provides coordination, logistics, and facilitated access to a curated network of independent clinical providers. We organize your care, connect you with the right people, manage administrative complexity, and serve as your consistent point of contact throughout your journey. We do not provide medical advice or clinical services — all clinical judgment remains with your physicians and care team.
Hospital navigators work within a single institution and are focused on keeping you within that system. CAN Navigators is an independent advocate who works across the entire healthcare landscape on your behalf — evaluating multiple treatment centers, facilitating second opinions at outside facilities, coordinating logistics well beyond what any single hospital provides, and staying with you for the entire journey.
CAN Navigators is a fee-for-service program and does not bill insurance directly. However, we use your insurance information to match you with treatment centers that accept your coverage — which can meaningfully reduce your out-of-pocket medical costs. Your Physician Partner or Concierge Breast Cancer Advisor is included in your path fee. If you choose additional services from a provider in our preferred partner network, such as nursing care, any fees or insurance billing for those services are arranged directly between you and that provider. We are fully transparent about all fees upfront — no surprises.
We offer two paths, both at the same full White Glove standard. The Breast Specialty Path is built around a breast cancer diagnosis, anchored by a Concierge Breast Cancer Advisor and our breast specialty network. The Comprehensive Cancer Path serves any cancer diagnosis and includes a Physician Partner with facilitated treatment-center access. Both include a dedicated coordinator, twice-weekly check-ins, and 24-hour response. We confirm the right path during intake.
CAN Navigators is a premium concierge service offered as two paths; both delivered to the same White Glove standard. Pricing is flat and published — no hourly billing, no surprises.

The Breast Specialty Path is a six-month engagement at $10,000, timed to the arc of most breast cancer treatment. It includes the option to add a Continuation for months 7–12 at $5,000 — a survivorship "keep a team on call" relationship that carries your peace of mind well past active treatment.

The Comprehensive Cancer Path is a 12-month engagement at $15,000, reflecting the longer and less predictable course of many other cancers.

Every client on a given path pays the same set fee. We review full details and confirm the right path with you during your consultation.

CAN Navigators is a fee-for-service program of Cancer Alliance Network, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The revenue it generates funds our charitable mission: providing dignity to local families battling cancer through resources, support, and non-medical financial aid, including essential living expenses such as rent, mortgage, utilities, and groceries for families who are struggling to stay afloat during cancer treatment. Concierge navigation is a paid service, but every engagement helps keep a neighbor in their home while they fight. If the cost isn't the right fit for your circumstances, we'd still welcome the conversation. Our assistance program is separate and need-based, and we're glad to tell you about it.
Yes — and this is one of the places where having a Coordinator matters most, because the process rarely works the way people expect.

Most major national centers don't review records from a distance and send back an opinion. They treat you as a new patient. That means their own pathologists re-read your slides, their own radiologists re-read your imaging, and their own physicians examine you directly. It's thorough, and it's often exactly what a family wants — but it's a first engagement, not a file review, and it takes longer than people plan for.

Before any of that begins, the center's intake team has to approve you for a consultation. They require a complete file: medical records, pathology slides or blocks physically sent from the lab that holds them, imaging on disc, and verified insurance. Incomplete submissions are the single most common reason families lose weeks at exactly the moment they can least afford to. Slides get requested from the wrong facility. An imaging disc arrives unreadable. An insurance question sits unanswered because no one knew to chase it.

That's the work we do. Your Coordinator assembles the complete file, tracks down records and slides from every facility involved, verifies coverage before submission, sends the package complete the first time, and follows it through the center's intake process so it doesn't sit in a queue. If travel is involved, we handle the scheduling, transportation, and lodging around it.

What we don't do is make the medical decision. Whether a second opinion is right for you, and where to seek one, is a conversation between you and your physicians. Once you've decided, we make it happen — and we'll tell you honestly what to expect at each step, including how long it's likely to take.
CAN Navigators is based in Bonita Springs, Florida, and primarily serves patients in Lee and Collier Counties in Southwest Florida. We also assist clients willing to travel for the best-fit care, with coordination extending to treatment centers throughout Florida and nationally. Contact us to discuss your situation and geography.
Yes. Your oncologist's role is to provide excellent medical care — they don't have capacity to manage your full coordination picture, handle insurance logistics, arrange travel, or connect you with additional resources. CAN Navigators works alongside your existing team to fill those critical gaps. We never replace your medical team — we make everything around it run more smoothly.
